Diploma, ITI courses is coming out with a “Joint Campus Placement Drive 2010” at its premises
on 7th June, 2010. Owing to our strong presence in the education and career development, we
realized that the market of Punjab, Haryana, Himachal and Rajasthan have got immense
potential and waiting to be explored. This placement drive will help the companies and
candidates study required talent and better job placements respectively.
Shri Balaji Group is not just rich in imparting quality education. The group also has
reserves of talents, waiting to be tapped for better job opportunities and talent hunt. For this sake,
the Institution is taking initiative to conduct this drive for B.Tech, Diploma, ITI, BBA, BCA, MBA,
MCA degree holders and 2010 batch passing outs. Candidates from colleges of Punjab, Haryana,
Rajasthan and Himachal Pradesh will be invited to participate in this drive. 15 Companies of

Placement Process:
The entire process will be done in the following phases.
1. First phase (Screening - 9:00 am, 1 hour test): Separate Entrance test for B.Tech, MBA,
MCA, Diploma, BBA, BCA and ITI candidates. Only the candidates shortlisted after
the first phase will be allowed to appear for the second phase.
2. Second phase (Choice Filling- 11:00 am) : Candidates will be allowed to choose any 3
out of the participating companies for the further rounds based on the Merit list
evaluated from the first phase.
3. Third Phase (Interview-11:30 am): Technical Interview by the opted companies.
4. Fourth and Final phase (2:30 am): HR Interview.
