NSBT CERTIFIED SOFTWARE PROFESSIONAL PROGRAM

(NCSP)



After the success of the first batch of NSBT Certified Software Professional Program (NCSP), Nucleus School of Banking Technology (NSBT) launches its second program.

The program is aimed at building a professional out of the student by providing a holistic development program.

· All programs focus on developing the 6 NSBT areas i.e. Domain, Technology, Tools & Methods, Product/Solution, Soft Skills and Ethics

Brief on the Program

· Batch commences 1st Nov

· 4 month full time

· First 2 months focus on foundation building

· Industry experienced faculty

· Mentoring sessions with senior professionals

· Exposure to Banking Domain

· Exposure to development, testing, monitoring tools

· Focus on communication skills, self management, self learning etc.

· Exposure to typical Banking systems

· Alignment to corporate functioning

· Final 2 months focuses on practice through “real” project work

· Industry experts provide mentoring during project work



Eligibility

· B.Tech (CS/IT), MCA or equivalent, 2009/ 2010 batch

· BCA/ BSc (CS/IT) or equivalent, 2009/ 2010 batch

· Minimum scores of 65% throughout academics

· Eligible candidates will undergo a Aptitude/Technical Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview

· Aptitude, Communication Skills and Positive Attitude will form the key selection parameters





Placement Opportunity

· NSBT Placement Cell is constantly building relationships with IT companies into BFSI solutions and Banks to cater to their need for recruiting professional trained freshers

· The NSBT Placement Cell will keep announcing placement opportunities as and when agreed with customers

· The batch size of NCSP/2010/02 is expected to be 150. As on date, 100 placement arrangements have already been confirmed

· Placement offers will be in order of merit

· Performance of the student will be periodically evaluated based on tests, reviews and discipline
