Qualifications required for Content Writer Position

ü Should have experience of 1-3 years in content writing for online media like websites, blogs and portals whose target audience is outside of India.
ü Should have adequate knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) tactics specially when it comes to content writing.
ü Strong English writing skills with strong grammar.
ü The candidate would be required to communicate with the customer directly.
ü Preference will be given to the candidates who have done schooling from a convent school.
ü Knowledge of using social media websites like Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin would be an added bonus
ü HTML and CSS knowledge would be an added advantage.
ü Should be a good team player and a patient listener.
Role and duties of the content writer

ü The content writer will be responsible for writing and publishing content on online properties on behalf of the customers of CS Soft Solutions Pvt. Ltd. This would include but might not be limited
§ Writing content for website
§ All work would be done in consultation with the SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Team
§ Maintaining blogs and writing blog posts on behalf of the CS Soft Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Customers
§ Participating in forums and blog commenting.
§ Article writing for article directories.
§ Preparing presentations for the customer and their business
§ Candidates who have clear voice and having done podcasting in the past will be given preference
§ Inviting others to write guest blogs for the customers blogs.
§ Adding content to social media sites like Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, MySpace, Orkut and other related sites.
§ Writing content for mini websites for the customers of CS Soft Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
ü The content writer shall have discussions with the customers of CS Soft Solutions Pvt. Ltd. To ensure that he or she understands the customers business before developing content for their properties.
ü Approval from the candidate before publishing the content would be mandatory.
ü Preparing and maintaining reports of the work done and sharing those with the customer on a regular basis. The content writer may have to share the reports with the SEO team.
