Package	As SMITs they would be offered a stipend of Rs. 1.90 lakhs per annum which would increase once certification degree completed.
Process	Written Test, Psychometric Test and Personal Interview
Note: The selected candidates will join the company as SMITs and will undergo 3-6 months of training in store operations. On successful certification, they will be promoted as Store Manager, Department Manager Or Assistant Department Managers.
