Eligibility-MBA Marketing (Passing out in 2011 or passed out students)

 

Salary Package–1.44 lacs to 1.80 lac + Incentives (Earning potential goes upto 25000 easily)

 

Joining-Immediate

Selection Process- Personal Interview Round

Job Location- Delhi, NCR

 

Activities Performed:

 

·               Responsible forpromotional activity for the project team among all the builders, architects,retailers of location & agents of the branded company.

·               Building Clientrelationship, briefing them about our various projects along with arrangementsof site visits.

           Negotiate on the rate of quotedprice of the property.

 

Operational/Business Responsibility-

 

·               Responsible forcollection of data from high value car dealers, sales data, agents of brandedcompany and Business Process Outsource (B.P.O.)

·               Brief them about ourvarious projects.

·               Tie-up with the buildersand negotiate with dealers for the commission.

·               Negotiate on the rate ofquoted price of the property and commission.

·               Take theclients for the site visit.

·               Constant Interactionwith dealers.

·               Take care ofcorporate presentations, proposals and approach papers for the customer.

·               Tie-up with thecorporate clients who are seeking for the property.

·               Provide profile of thebuilders to the clients.

·               Provide best commissionfrom the market to the company.

·               Ensure detailed study ofthe area.

·               Survey the site beforethe deal is finalized.

·               Look for the futurevalue of the property, the area and the industry.

·               Handover the detail tothe concerned head.
