HCL Technologies is looking to hire 2010 batch students for their hiring requirements. Cocubes.com (India’s Largest Campus Recruitment & Engagement Platform) is the official online partner of HCL Technologies for 2010 & 2011 campus recruitments. HCL Technologies is creating a talent pool on CoCubes.com for 2010 batch students through which eligible & interested students can register themselves for HCL Technologies and could be a part of their drive.

· Letter of Intent: Authority letter from HCL Technologies to CoCubes.com as their official online partner
· Data Formats for sharing the student details

Process flow:
1. College to share database of eligible students in attached formats
2. CoCubes.com to generate admin login/password for College placement cell and individual logins for all students
3. HCL Technologies will post job requirements to all eligible students through CoCubes process
4. This is first shown to College in a 20 min telephonic demo to explain admin login and how it works
5. College to inform students about the online process through their internal communication channels
6. CoCubes to distribute login passwords to all students of College through SMS and mailer
o Students have to login to www.cocubes.com by using their user name and password & go to the job post section to view job profile details
o Students have to apply/decline for the job profile according to their choice. If they are not interested, they can specify the reasons. Only students who apply online will be allowed for the process
o Students should build their resume on www.cocubes.com and take a print out of hard copy at the time of interview with HCL Technologies
