HCL Technologies (Business Service Division), Noida:
Eligibility: UG's, Graduates( Any Stream), B.Techs, MBA's, MCA's etc. with excellent communication skills in English.
Salary: Starts from 12,000 to 15,000 during training and increases after training.
Note: *After nine months the candidate can be shifted to different departments
* After two years they can be shifted to IT division.
Ø Genpact, Gurgaon:
Eligibility: UG's, Graduates( Any Stream), B.Techs, MBA's, MCA's etc. with excellent communication skills in English.
Salary: Starts from 10,000 to 15,000 + incentives.
Ø Tata Business Support Services, Mohali:
Eligibility: UG's, Graduates( Any Stream), B.Techs, MBA's, MCA's etc. with good communication skills in English.
Salary: 6000 to 8500 inhand depending on the process.
Please note that Tata will give stipend in the first month.
Ø Intelenet Global Services, Mohali:
Eligibility: UG's, Graduates( Any Stream) with good communication skills in English & Punjabi.
Salary: 6000 to 7500 inhand depending on the process
For HCL and Genpact , hiring is for both profiles Technical Support Executive and Customer Care executives. Both of them are Voice profiles. Whereas, for TATA and Intelenet hiring will be for Customer Care Executives(Voice). The candidates should be comfortable working in shifts.
