Job Profile

1. Area Sales Manager - The title of an ASM indicates a sales professional who is able to prospect targets for new business, maintain an existing territory of business as well as establish and work with partners. Energized Solutions considers this to be a "solutions-oriented" position that uses consultative sales techniques, training and tools to provide the Area Manager with every opportunity for success. Area Sales Managers organise, motivate and lead sales teams and are responsible for the combined performance of the team and their territories. The primary role of the Sales Manager is to ensure that all  assigned targets  are met by them and by their team. They may also operate incentive schemes that motivate other stakeholders in their region to reach or exceed sale stargets.

2. Junior Design Engineer - The Junior Design Engineer is responsible for the design, deployment and maintenance of a broad range of electrical systems and equipment. he/She will report directly to the technology head.

Job Location

1. Area Sales Manager - Candidate should be flexible enough to

    relocate to a location anywhere in India, preferences will be

    taken into consideration.
2. Junior Design Engineer - The candidate should be willing to relocate to

    Pune or Gurgaon.

Package

1.  MBAs - 2.64 (22,000 in hand), 3 month probation period (stipend of

     5000 to 8000 per month)
2.  B.Tech - CTC: 2.4L per annum

Process

1.  MBAs - 2 rounds, details of which will be revealed at the start of the

     process.
2.  B.Tech - 1 HR round  and 1 Technical round
