Ø Responsiblefor Maintenance, Installation, and Configuration of all Microsoft Windows
Ø Supportingfor Windows based Systems, And regular Monitoring and updating criticalSecurity and Anti-virus patches for Servers and Desktops
Ø Microsoftoutlook, configuration like configuration of personal folder, moving mail topersonal folder, setting of rules, off line file configuration, delegation ofcontrol.
Ø Upgradation of desktop (OS up gradation/ RAM/ HDD)
Ø SupportingLaptop, which includes software problem (OS updation, MS office patchinstallation) hardware up gradation (like up gradation of RAM, HDD etc.) &hardware problem
Ø Supportingusers in various office and troubleshooting their problem remotely using VNC/Remote Desktop Connection Attending LAN problems like switch problem, IPaddress problem, crimping and lying of network cable, changing of Networkcards.
