Eligible Branches: MBA (Marketing, HR, Finance)

Eligible Batches: 2009, 2010, 2011 pass out

Location: Preference will be given to the candidates from Punjab/Chandigarh/Jammu/Rajasthan/Haryana.

Salary:  1.8 Lacs

Desired Profile:

   

-           Excellent communication skills with the strong knowledge about retail industry.

-           Pleasing personality.

-           Aggressive but a team player.

-           Prior experience in retail industry would be preferred.

 

Job Profile:

 

Ø   Handle the store keys.

Ø  Open the store by 10:30 am.

Ø  Ensure the attendance is marked properly.

Ø  Check hygiene of the outlet staff.

Ø  Ensure that the staff is in proper official uniform.

Ø  Execute morning huddle. Define the agenda for the day to the staff.

Ø Open the security seal of the cash register with the System executive and send the System executive to the bank.

Ø  In case the System executive is off-duty, he/she will run the till.

Ø  Ensure that the store visual merchandise is maintained as per Annexure A.

Ø  Ensure that the store is cleaned once in the morning before the store is opened and again at 4:00 PM.

Ø  He/she should position themselves at the entrance to welcome the customers.

Ø  Make maintenance and category wise stock requisition and send to the HO by 12:00 PM.

Ø  Ensure that the DSR goes out in time.

Ø  Ensure that visitor's book is filled by all the customers.

Ø  Ensure that the sales staff advises customers about the shop n save program.

Ø  Has to place the staff according to their core competencies. In doing so, keep in mind that the staff has multi information on all categories.

Ø  Advise customers about on-going promotional activities. 

Ø  Create a friendly relation with each customer who walks in.

Ø  Call back customers on their requirements, basis the visitor's book.

Ø  Handle all customer complaints.

Ø  There should be a first time resolution for the customers.

Ø  Roster the store staff and make sure that no one is given an off on weekends.

Ø  Make sure that the staff at the outlet is as per the above guidelines. Send requisitions for staff hiring to ASM as and when the requirement arises.

Ø  Send timely requisition of uniform requirement to Area Sales Manager with a CC to Regional manager.

Ø  Ensure that the store opening and closing timing is adhered.

Ø  Ensure that all the timelines are followed by respective personnel.

Ø  Ensure the music is played constantly in the store.

Ø  Ensure that no other music CD besides the ones provided by the head office will play in the stores.

Ø  Ensure that the staff doesn't bring their mobile or eatables on the floor.

Ø  Ensure that the staff do not clutter at a spot during lean period or any other time.

Ø  Ensure that each staff is at their designated point doing their assigned duties.

Ø  Ensure that the breaks are taken as per the SOPs mentioned above.

Ø  Ensure that all products that have been taken away from the respective rack/s are put back in their assigned place. The next customer should not face any problems in finding the right merchandise.

Ø  Ensure that all merchandise category should be stacked as per annexure A.

Ø  Ensure that there is no stock lying on the floor. The manager should create space for all the stock that they receive in the existing display area or the stock room. In case all spaces are full the additional stock should be sent back to the HO.

Ø  Should have complete information about the stock at the outlet.

Ø  Keep sound relationship with the franchisee, mall management and land lords.

Ø  All discounted bills should be supported by email of the regional manager endorsing the percentage of discount. The manager has to send the same to the HO periodically.

Ø  Invite the customer to visit again at the time of their departure, irrespective of the purchase made or not by the customer.

Ø  Ensure proper cutlery is available to serve the customers, glasses and trays.

Ø  Open the outlet in the presence of the security guard.

Ø  Ensure that all electric points are in working order and all lights are functioning and are properly focused.
